Bike & Burn is a calorie torcher! You will spend 10 min on the bike, followed by 8-10 min on the floor completing HIIT and strength exercises....repeat x 2! If you do not have spin shoes that are also comfortable for working out on the floor, please bring sneakers.
All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
