Service Description

High intensity interval training workout. Challenging, fat burning workout often including circuits, amraps, tabata, etc. Includes both bodyweight exercise and strength equipment. Can be modified for most fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy

All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
