Service Description

HIIT Cycle is a popular class that includes 25 min on the bike followed by 20 min on the floor completed HIIT exercises. These exercises comprise a challenging, fat burning workout often including circuits, amraps, tabata, etc.

Cancellation Policy

All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
