This is a high energy, fun workout alternating rounds on the TRX Trainer with rounds of HIIT style exercises on the floor. It is a fantastic mix of exercises guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level.
All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
