Carolyn Kenney
Owner
Carolyn has worked in fitness since 2015, and she opened the current studio location in 2019. Carolyn loves helping people to feel their best, and she truly believes that everyone is capable of achieving more than they realize. She is an NPS phys ed teacher, and the mom of four kids ages 9-12. She is always unreasonably cheerful at 5:30 AM!

Amanda Nerney
Barre
Amanda was introduced to barre In 2014 & certified in the Mind Body Barre Method In 2017. She teaches in addition to her full time job in marketing. Amanda loves the energy and focus a great workout brings to the mind and body. Her classes are challenging, yet still accessible to all levels, motivating and fun! You will leave sweaty, sore (in the best way!) and feeling accomplished! Her goal is for clients to focus on more than just the physical workout and to take the confidence and empowerment they get from taking her class into their everyday lives.

Christine Jasset
HIIT
Christine has been in the fitness industry since 2009. After losing 45 lbs through proper nutrition and exercise, Christine found a passion for helping her clients to reach their fitness goals and to do things they never thought possible. Christine absolutely loves weight lifting, with deadlifts, squats and overhead press being her favorites. She is a busy mom of 3 (her kids love working out, too!) and a part-time dental hygienist.

Tabitha Rose
Yoga
Tabitha is a 200hr RYT, certified with Yoga Alliance. Tabitha found her love for Yoga 8 years ago after the birth of her son. Her practice is a way to reconnect to her self and strengthen and support her body. Her passion for Yoga led her to continue her education in functional movement and exercise science. Tabitha's goal is to bring safe, effective movements that help bring joy, integration and stability within the body. She completed her teacher training through Jacqui Bonwell's Sacred Seed Yoga training. Tabitha is trained in TRX, POUND™, and Balanced Athlete.

Kristie Walker
Boot Camp & Zumba
Kristie is the mom of 4 kids from 9 to 16 and she works full time in finance. Her love of Zumba and group exercise helped her lose (and keep off!) half of her body weight starting in 2016! Being part of a fitness community has introduced her to some amazing new friends and crazy adventures like a Spartan Trifecta, countless races and some awesome new class formats. Kristie believes a killer playlist can make any workout fun, and she is focused on helping you find a workout you love.

Scott McCain
HIIT
Like many people, Scott has been battling with health challenges for many years. He fell in love with the gym - the workouts and the people! - and decided to become an instructor. His passions are cycling, boot camp, and Kangoo. Scott's goal is to make everyone happy and healthy!

Stacey Hinckley
Barre & Pilates
Stacey grew up a dancer and is an avid fitness enthusiast. After years of teaching kickboxing, she found her way back to her foundation with a Barre instructor certification. One year to the day later she added Pilates certification to the mix. With a passion for proper form, her classes will help you to strengthen and lengthen core muscle groups, with a smile and “you’ve got this!” every step of the way. When she’s not working out at the studio, you can find her shuttling her two girls back and forth to dance classes or surfing the waves of Narragansett.

Carolyn’s love of fitness started with kickboxing, where she found a passion for working hard and feeling good. She began teaching in 2018, and from that point decided to expand into group fitness and Piyo. Carolyn loves to make others feel welcome and her favorite aspect of fitness is the community!

Lisa found POUND the year she turned 40, just 5 short years ago. She fell in love with this awesome rockout workout immediately! Lisa got certified in 2018, never expecting to actually teach a class...but here she is! She loves helping others to realize working out can be fun, and she also loves to share her POUND community.

Theresa Tasho
Barre & Pilates
Theresa is a hairstylist whose passion for self expression pulled her into the world of fitness. She has worked in the fitness industry for 25 years. The majority of that time has been spent teaching high energy classes, and she was introduced to the mind/body world 5 years ago when her son left for college . She was surprised and humbled by the depth of what she found not only in her body but in her heart and soul. Theresa’s strong belief in a body/soul connection led her first to yoga and then barre. Teaching Barre has inspired her to be the best version of herself while trying to radiate positive energy and inspire other women.
