Choose from one, two, or three 30 min sessions per week with a trainer. You will work on your own goals with attention to form, safety, and strengthening. (Bonus: you get an ear to listen to you talk about anything you want!!)

Grab a friend or family member and choose from one or two buddy workout sessions per week. We will focus on similar goals but necessary modifications will be made for each participant. Laughs guaranteed.

Small group training is designed for 3-5 family members or friends who would like to focus on similar activities in a setting smaller than a full class. It's a VERY affordable way to get more personalized attention. (Senior Discount N/A)
