Service Description

We will spend 10 sessions working on strength and conditioning to keep your teen in shape during the summer! All sessions are T/Th from 3:30-4:15 PM. Schedule is as follows: July 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31, 12, 19, 21 August 12, 19, 21


Cancellation Policy

All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
