Service Description

Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout that fuses elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates to challenge your body (especially legs, glutes, core) in different ways from a typical workout. Uses light weights, blocks, bands, and core equipment in addition to the ballet barre.

Cancellation Policy

All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
