Service Description
he goal of this mat-based class Is relaxation. Working with breathwork, slow movements, and gentle stretching, you are Invited to release effort and striving and welcome gentleness. Your nervous system resets and your muscles recover as tightness and tension ease. Ending the class In stillness, you will awaken feeling refreshed and renewed. Options are offered which make this class welcoming to all body types, sizes, and abilities.

Cancellation Policy
All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
