VIRTUAL Barre-lates

Service Description

Barre-lates is a fusion of barre and pilates that will have your entire body remembering your workout the next day ;) With a combination of small movements and core strengthening exercises, it will both challenge and change your body! Can be done at home using a chair, counter, or railing.

Cancelation Policy

All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
