Weight training workout covering biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders...and sometimes legs. Uses mainly dumbbells. Can be modified for ANY fitness level by selecting lighter/heavier weights.
All classes must be cancelled at least one hour before the start time to avoid a $10 fee with the exception of 5:30 AM classes, which must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before. Thank you!
